Terms of Service

1. What this service is

ShopHelpy.com is a set of AI writing tools for online shops. You give it facts about a product and it returns draft copy. It is a drafting aid, not a professional service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the tools. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person or business per account.

3. Price, billing and renewal

The subscription costs $1 for your first 3 days, charged when you sign up. After that it renews automatically at $9.99 per month until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Prices include no taxes unless stated at checkout. If we change the price we will tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling ends your access immediately, including any unused days in the trial period, and stops all future charges. We do not give partial refunds for time you have not used — see the Refund Policy.

5. What the tools produce, and who owns it

You own the copy the tools generate for you, and you may use it commercially. We claim no rights over your inputs or your outputs.

Everything the tools produce is a draft and you are responsible for it. AI writing can be wrong, generic, or similar to text produced for someone else. Before you publish anything you must read it, check that every claim is true of your product, and make sure it complies with the advertising and consumer rules that apply to you. We do not check your copy for accuracy or legality.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ShopHelpy.com to:

• produce copy that is false, misleading, or makes claims you cannot substantiate
• write medical, health, financial or legal claims presented as fact
• impersonate another business, or copy a competitor’s branding
• generate unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit material
• resell, automate, or scrape the service, or share one account across businesses

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. The tools depend on a third-party AI provider; if it is down or changes, features may be temporarily unavailable. We may add, change or remove tools over time.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any indirect loss arising from copy the tools produced. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms, or on 30 days’ notice for any other reason, refunding any period you have paid for but not used.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have as a consumer in your own country.
