Why it exists

The subject line and preview text decide whether the email is opened at all, and they are usually written last, in a hurry. This writes them alongside the body rather than as an afterthought.

What is preview text?

The grey line most inbox clients show next to the subject line. Left empty it fills with whatever your email starts with, which is often a menu or an unsubscribe line.

Does it send the email?

No. It writes the copy; you paste it into whatever you send with — Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email or anything else.

Can I set the tone?

Yes, there is a tone field, and a field for who is on the list. Both change how the copy is written.
